It's absolutely insane just how many characters in this thing only exist to go around telling us how great Axis is. Literally that's their only function in the "plot". (The "plot" is "Axis/Azhure are the most amazing people ever, let's all watch them get their asses kissed for pages and pages when they aren't busy acting like complete monsters". Nothing else actually matters).
